Gymnastics holds so many benefits for your body. It requires time and repetition. Triform’s gymnastics class, coached by Stacey, will be full of skills and drills that will progress many aspects of your training. She will break down each gymnastics skill to develop confidence in each part of the movement and to progress the skill itself. The class will be accessible for the beginner to advanced athlete.
The classes will focus on:
- Flexibility and mobility exercises
- Building bodyweight strength
- Increasing body awareness and coordination
- Develop power in each skill
- Developing gymnastics skills like cartwheels, forward rolls, pullovers, headstands, and more
- Improve your overall gymnastics capacity and learn some new party Trixs
