His extensive knowledge and practical experience developing the aerobic capacity in athletes of all levels by using his comprehensive, cutting edge approach to training.
What is Aerobic capacity? It is the point at which your body is using as much oxygen as it can, as efficiently as it can. Aerobic capacity is the maximum amount of oxygen the body can utilize during intense exercise.The more you exercise, the more efficient your muscles get at using oxygen — and the higher your aerobic capacity is.
Our goal is to provide a program to our members that helps build their engines which can transfer over to their training and their day to day lives. Providing a class that allows you to slowly and consistently build on your ability to use your oxygen efficiently is our goal.
