Choose What Is Best For Your Experience Level
1New to Functional Fitness
The first step is always the hardest. Let us help you start on the right foot with our Basics Course. The Basics consists of 4 private sessions with one of our expert coaches as well as 5 complementary classes upon completion which must be used within 2 weeks of your last one on one session. This course prepares you for the movements and lingo that you will encounter in our classes. You will leave these sessions feeling confident in your knowledge and experience with the components of our workouts including olympic weightlifting, gymnastics, cardio equipment, and body weight movements. In order to provide the best possible classes and coaching we require the Basics Course for anyone without CrossFit or olympic lifting experience.
2Prior Experience
If you are versed in CrossFit modalities and feel comfortable joining a class follow the link to purchase a membership and become part of our tribe. This will prompt you to access your athlete profile through Wodify, fill out our waiver, and register for classes. We look forward to meeting you!
3Trial Class
Do you have prior experience but not sure if Triform is the gym for you? We would love you to set up a meeting with one of the owners who can walk you through our gym, our programs and help you feel ready to join Triform.
