Coaching for over 3 years with his CF Level 1, Casey was hooked on group fitness after his very first CrossFit workout. Coming from a Muay Thai and volleyball background, he thrives on helping clients push past their perceived limits in difficult workouts and is continuously inspired by the community. When he isn’t ripping through a muscle up workout while blasting country music at the gym, you can find Case ripping through the city on his motorcycle or spending time with his “goodest boy”, a Lab mix named Ollie.
