CrossFit coach for over 2 years, Victoria found CrossFit after her 14 year competitive swimming career came to an end. Vic was drawn to high intensity exercise for the group suffering from tough WODs as well as the health and longevity benefits. Passionate about Olympic lifting (performing and coaching), she is always entertaining and informative in classes. After a gym session expect to see her listening to The Weeknd, holding a couch stretch, or famously falling asleep in under 60 seconds.
